Supporter donated raffle
Charity: Kids Company
Prize: Rare Mini the BAC M-30
Prize source: Donated by supporter
Draw Date: 24th December 2009
Fundraising: £7,587.50
A really successful fundraiser for Kidscompany using a prize that appealed to mini enthusiasts and their supporters. The prize itself generated many ticket sales from affiliate marketing, forums and discussion boards. A supporter generously donated the mini. Celebrity and “money can’t buy prizes” generate great PR and can be appealing to many people online.
“I just wanted to thank you, the staff at Rogavi and Kids Company charity for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime winning a BAC M-30 mini by running this raffle online at your website & all for the just the investment of £25.00! (10 tickets), I wish you Rogavi & Kids Company all the success for the the future & you can be sure I will be entering more of the raffles listed on your website especially as most of the proceeds are going to a worthwhile charity such as Kids company.”
John Carter Winner 10th January 2010
“Rogavi set the raffle up in no time at all. We used their email to send to our supporters and they kindly created an appeal page for our Christmas party so it was very clearly branded Kids Company.
The raffle was an easy way to ask our supporters for a donation during the Christmas period when we were asking a lot of them. A £2:50 donation to Kids Company with the chance to win this great prize is an offer that all of our supporters could get involved with.
Rogavi managed to sell over 80% of the tickets by promoting the raffle online, which was great for us!”

Fundraising: £747
Draw date: 8th December 2009
"Thank you. I think it was a great success. Our goal was nearly achieved! Thanks for all the help."
Catherine Villeneuve - Trinity Pre-School
A great effort from a small pre-school who had previously not done any fundraising. A high percentage of the parents supported the raffle and referred their friends. The prize was generously donated by a local hotel. The school could concentrate on marketing as Rogavi took care of everything else, ticketing, payment processing, local authority returns, drawing the winner and notifying them and of course thanking those that did not win. The school is already planning their next raffle.
